2010 Timetable
Invitations for the conferring ceremony are sent out to students about four weeks prior to conferring. A letter is also included confirming the final details of the day. Details will also be available on the website.
Date: Saturday, 27th November, 2010

The day is organised as follows:
From 10am there will be gowning and photography.
At 11.40am students and academic staff will line up in an adjacent room to the Concert Hall and at 12 noon the Procession will begin. They will then proceed in alphabetical order into the Concert Hall where they will be seated in alphabetical order to receive their parchments. Staff will show students the seating layout beforehand.
Between 12 noon and 1.30pm the conferring ceremony will take place.
Between 1.30pm and 2.30pm student group photos will be taken followed by refreshments. If you wish to have a particular group photograph taken, please alert the administration team in advance of the event.
To ensure smooth organisation of this event it is important to confirm your attendance and the number of guests you will be bringing. Each student will be sent two guest invitations. If a student requires any additional invitations then a payment of €20 per invitation is necessary in advance.
